We will provide participants with tools:<br \/>\n\u00b7 To manage their project and their research education<br \/>\n\u00b7 To maintain a good collaboration with their supervisors<br \/>\n\u00b7 To face and resolve possible problems<br \/>\n\u00b7 To write and defence the thesis<br \/>\n\u00b7 To reflect critically on career options and on the development of soft skills to better develop their professional careers.<\/p>\n<p>The methodology will combine short presentations with interactive exercises performed by the candidates working in groups or in round tables, always interacting with the facilitators.<\/p>\n<p>The novelty this years is that it will run in parallel with a BIP addressed to thesis supervisors: &#8222;Good practices in PhD supervision&#8221;, with which some common interest sessions will be shared.
